How it works

Your first visit

About 60 to 90 minutes total. Comfortable clothes, your insurance card, and a list of current medications are all you need.

Step 1

1. Paperwork + welcome

Front-desk team helps with a brief medical history form and confirms your insurance benefits.

Step 2

2. Comprehensive exam

Dr. Zoulas (or Dr. Ganguly) performs a full exam — teeth, gums, bite, soft tissues, oral cancer screening.

Step 3

3. Digital X-rays

A complete series of digital X-rays gives us a baseline. Lower radiation than film, no chemicals.

Step 4

4. Cleaning

A professional cleaning with our hygienist if time and gum-health allow — otherwise scheduled as a follow-up.

Step 5

5. Treatment plan

A written breakdown of what we found, what we recommend, what insurance is likely to cover, and what your patient responsibility will be. You take it home.
