Member pricing schedule

As a member, your routine care is included — these are the flat member rates for anything beyond what your monthly fee already covers. No insurance claims, no surprise bills.

Fillings, inlays & crowns

Gum care

  • Limited deep cleaning (per tooth) $125
  • Deep cleaning (per quadrant) $370

Extractions, implants & dentures

  • Simple extraction (loose tooth) $350
  • Surgical extraction (bone graft if needed) $675
  • Implant (everything except extraction) $6,500
  • Partial or complete denture $3,500

Aligners & retention

  • Clear aligners — more than 6 months (with retainers) $6,500
  • Clear aligners — less than 6 months (with retainers) $5,250

Membership plan FAQ

Is the membership plan an insurance plan?
No — it is a private dental plan offered directly by our office. There is no insurance company involved, no claims, no annual maximum, and no waiting period. The monthly fee gives you the included services and discounted pricing on everything else.
Can I use the membership plan with insurance?
The membership plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. If you have insurance, your plan will determine your coverage and patient responsibility — we recommend using your insurance benefits directly. See our accepted insurance page for the PPO carriers we work with.
When does the membership renew?
Each tier is a monthly recurring plan. You can cancel at any time. The $250 activation fee is a one-time lifetime fee — it does not renew. The activation fee includes your first month.
What does the member pricing schedule include?
The schedule above lists flat member rates for procedures beyond what is included in your monthly fee — fillings, crowns, extractions, implants, aligners, and other treatments. We quote the exact member price in writing before any treatment.
