Three ways to pay
We work with 14 PPO insurance carriers, publish our UCR fees openly, and offer a monthly membership plan for patients without insurance. Pick the path that fits — or call (650) 873-6681 if you are not sure.
How pricing works at our office
Whether you pay full UCR (our published Usual, Customary, and Reasonable fee), your insurance contracted rate, or our discounted membership rate depends on how you are covered. Here is what to expect in each case:
- Insured, in-network: we are in-network with 14 PPO carriers. Your plan negotiates a contracted allowance and we bill that — your patient share is the deductible, co-insurance, and anything beyond your annual max. See our accepted insurance carriers.
- Insured, out-of-network: you pay our published UCR fees at the visit; we file the claim and your plan reimburses you a portion directly.
- No dental insurance: pay UCR directly for occasional care, or enroll in our membership plan — $45/month for an adult, includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, X-rays, fluoride, one emergency visit, and a member discount on additional treatment.
Call (650) 873-6681 with your insurance card (or without one) — we will verify your benefits or walk you through the membership plan, usually in under 10 minutes. Every treatment plan comes with a written cost estimate at no charge.
