We still see patients with these plans — your visit cost is the same as a private-pay visit at our published UCR fees, and your plan may reimburse you a portion after we file the claim. Click each plan for details:

Also not contracted: We are not in-network with Delta Dental or MetLife. We still see patients with these plans — your visit is billed at our published UCR fees, and we will file the claim so your plan can reimburse you under your out-of-network benefits.
HMO plans: We are not contracted with any HMO dental plans. If you have an HMO plan, please contact your insurance to find an in-network HMO provider, or call us about our membership plan as a self-pay alternative.
